Please carefully read and acknowledge acceptance of the terms and conditions listed below:
ALL prices listed are in USD (US).
The KYD (CI) exchange rate is 0.84.
Every collection comes with an Online Gallery Access which includes edited images from your session. Your collection also comes with an I.P.S. Session which is a Web Based Sales Session, where we will go over your images and help you select the best ones for your Wall Art and Family Heirlooms.
The Standard delivery of your Online Gallery with your images is 1-2weeks after your session.
Rush Orders are available - Prices vary depending on the type of rush (Edit on the Fly - 4 hours, Same Day - 24 hours, Next Day - 48 hours and 3 Day - 72 hours) and the type of session. This MUST be communicated at least 72 hours prior to the session.
Prints will NOT be included in any of the collections, other than what is listed in the collection description that was booked.
A retainer MUST be paid online at the time of booking any event or session, and the remaining balance MUST be paid 5 days prior to your event or session. Retainers are NOT refundable.
The remaining balance can be completed either by PayPal, Zelle, Bank Transfer or Cash.
The Debit and Credit Card payment option is temporarily out of order. Due to this, no deposits are required, but Full payments are required 48 hours prior to your event or session.

Pictures By Shankar reserves the right to use any image(s) from your Wedding, Portrait Session or Event as a part of our Portfolio & Marketing Material.
When booking a collection, please keep in mind that engagement shoots and birthday shoots should be conducted at least 3 weeks prior to the day of the wedding or Birthday.
If you are limited to time while visiting the Cayman Islands, we can exchange the following:

The Engagement session for an additional hour of shooting.

The 20-page Engagement Photo Book for an additional 20 pages in your Wedding Photo Book.

The 16 x 20 or 20 x 30 Signing Canvas Print for a standard canvas print of the same size.
Please note that photo books, metal prints and acrylic prints take 2-3 weeks to be delivered within the USA and 3-4 weeks to arrive in the Cayman Islands.
At NO time will Pictures By Shankar release unedited images (Raw Images). Pictures By Shankar is a full service photography company; we take pride is delivering a final product to our clients.
NO galleries will be sent until the invoice is paid in full.
Please advise us if Seafood will be served at your event.
Please note that if for whatever reason that we are unable to perform our duties, we will reassign another photographer to your session.
Prices are subject to change without notice unless a booking is completed and retainer has been paid.
But the cost of tangible products may fluctucate depending on the market.

Once you have accepted the quote and or paid the invoice, you have agreed to our terms and conditions listed above. This is equivalent to signing a contract.
You MUST be 18 or older, to book with us. We reserve the right to request a government issued such as a valid drivers license or a valid passport if we believe your under age. (turning 18 in a few days, weeks or months does not matter to us) If you are unable to provide one at that time we will cancel your session and you will lose your retainer.
By booking any service with Pictures By Shankar you have acknowledged and accepted the terms and conditions listed above that are associated with your session. This is regarding before, during, and after my professional session conducted by Pictures By Shankar.
